n!ticketEveryonealso n!tickets

Subcommands
  • Opens a private ticket channel for you. Name a template to use its questions and routing. Send it as a reply to link the ticket to that message.

  • n!ticket close [reason]Staff, assignee or opener

Closes the ticket and saves the transcript. The channel stays read-only for the delete delay, then is deleted. The opener can close their own ticket when the server allows it.

  • Asks the member to confirm closing. Without an answer it closes by itself after the duration (like 2h or 1d, at most 30d) or the server default.

  • Gives the ticket to a staff member, or to you when no one is named. They get access even below the staff rank.

  • n!ticket unassignTicket staff

Removes the assignee from the ticket.

  • n!ticket add @memberStaff or assignee

Gives another member access to the ticket, for a witness or the other side of a dispute.

  • n!ticket remove @memberStaff or assignee

Takes an added member's access away again.

  • n!ticket note <text>Staff or assignee

Saves a staff-only note to the ticket. It only shows on the dashboard, and your command message is deleted at once.

  • n!ticket lockStaff or assignee

Stops the member from writing. They can still read the channel.

  • n!ticket unlockStaff or assignee

    Lets the member write again.

  • n!ticket archiveTicket staff

Removes the member's access but keeps the channel for staff, in the archive category when one is set. Close it later to delete it.

  • Appeal tickets only: lifts the mute or hides the warning, notes the appeal on the case and closes the ticket.

  • Appeal tickets only: leaves the punishment in place and closes the ticket.

  • Files the ticket as a case on the opener's record, with a link to the ticket, then closes it.
