Ban appeals
Give banned users a fair way to appeal and review submissions from one inbox.
Create a form
In the dashboard, go to Appeals > Forms and add questions such as “Why do you think you should be unbanned?” and “What will you do differently?”. You can create multiple forms for different rule categories.
Customize the appeal page
Set the page title, description and branding so banned users see a professional form that matches your community. Configure whether appeals require a Fluxer login.
Share the appeal link
Banned users can visit the public appeal page, sign in with Fluxer and submit their answers. Each appeal appears in your dashboard inbox for review.
Review and discuss
Moderators with the right permissions can view submissions, add internal notes and vote before a final decision is made.
Accept or deny
Accepting an appeal unbans the user and records the decision automatically as a new case. Denying leaves the ban in place and logs the decision for future reference.
